The importance of having the right bed pillow cannot be emphasised enough. It’s still somewhat surprising in the twenty-first century that people still purchase their bed pillows on size and cost, and gives little thought to how they sleep. The size we are and what kind of sleeper we are can help us decide what type of bed pillow is best for us, in much the same way as we shop for mattresses.
