Coping With Stress Must Include R&R Time

One of the more prevalent mistakes that makes coping with stress nearly impossible is giving ourselves too many tasks for the day. This problem is very prevalent in today’s society as we all feel the pressure to accomplish more and more each day. One of the best stress management techniques is to really go over your schedule and give up an activity you can live without. If not something that you can do without permanently, at least something you can put off for awhile until your time schedule has room for adding things. This will be giving yourself more R&R time, something sorely needed when stress is an issue.
