San Diego Assisted Living
San Diego assisted living can make the life of a San Diego senior person alot more comfortable and less stressful. Facilities for San Diego assisted living provide care, which falls between independent living and full-time San Diego nursing care.
Typically, senior care may include a San Diego caregiver and people who fall into this category may need help with remembering to take medications, or may be frail and prone to falling. Possibly they may have difficulty dressing themselves, or other activities which require help, these are typically called ADL or activities of daily living. They may also need help with with general mobility or atleast someone to make sure that they do not fall and if they do, someone who can summons help for them in the event of an accident.
Transportation is also frequent problem. Certainly, caring for their own home has become too much, and they tend not to eat adequately or take care of hygiene.
